Traditionally one would have to refinance their home to purchase the lot.  Once the lot was financed you would obtain a land loan to 50% of the value of the property.  The next phase was to purchase your Park Model home and have it secured to the property.  Once this was accomplished you would attempt to secure a mortgage and payout the other financing. Well......this doesn't have to be the case.  When working with our vacation property partners and our lenders you put the package you want together and we obtain one mortgage up to 70% LTV ( Loan to Value) 75% with exceptions.
