2 bedroom fully furnished cottage in phase 2 backing west onto a green space.  Full complimentary access to 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness and games room, playgrounds, boat launch, tennis courts, basket ball courts, horse shoe pits, and  beach volley ball.   There is also a licensed restaurant within the resort which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage.  Come sit on the outdoor patio and enjoy a cocktail and watch all the fun boating activity on the lake.  What a great way to enjoy the summer without having to fly anywhere. All rental properties booked through us will be given full access to all the facilities.  The golf course is a public course so there will be a fee for golfing.

$220 per night(2night min)/1000 week (plus 5% Admin fee) Including all utilities. Extra nights are on a per night rate.

Bonus: If you rent for 2 or more weeks you will be given a $25.00 per week gift certificates starting on the 2nd week for the General Store or Landing restaurant upon arrival

The golf course is only for paying customers.  Please do not go on or cut across unless you are playing the course.

Full linen service is available for a fee of $35.00(one time fee) & is paid upon arrival to the resort.  You will not require to bring any linens. Shopping:  There is a General Store within the resort which also provides propane bottle re-fills and DVD rentals.  6 kms away is the town of Spruce View which has a liquor store, grocery store, hardware store, post office, gas station and 2 restaurants.
