2 bedroom cottage with a huge kitchen, front and back covered decks, fire place in living room, dishwasher, washer/dryer, even a gas powered golf cart to get you around the resort.  This property is a pie shaped lot and a corner lot. Two standard sized vehicles Max.(All vehicles must be parked on the concrete driveway and not onto the paved roadway)

$220 per night(2night min)/1000 week (plus 5% Admin fee) Including all utilities. Extra nights are on a per night rate.

Bonus: If you rent for 2 or more weeks you will be given a $25.00 per week gift certificates starting on the 2nd week for the General Store or Landing restaurant upon arrival

The golf course is only for paying customers.  Please do not go on or cut across unless you are playing the course.

Renters are responsible to leave this cottage in the same condition as it was in when they arrived.  A fee of $20.00 per hour will be charged for any extra cleaning is required.

Renters are required to bring their own food including staple foods.

Shopping:  There is a General Store within the resort which also provides propane bottle re-fills and DVD rentals.  6 kms away is the town of Spruce View which has a liquor store, grocery store, hardware store, post office, gas station and 2 restaurants.
