Spacious park model with 1 bedroom plus 2 hide-a-beds in the living room.  This park model boast a bright open floorplan, spacious kitchen, patio doors leading to a large deck and a backyard fire pit area.   Maximum 5 people.

$160 per night(2night min)/575 week (plus 5% Admin fee) Including all utilities. Extra nights are on a per nightly rate.

Bonus: If you rent for 2 or more weeks you will be given a $25.00 per week gift certificates starting on the 2nd week for the General Store or Landing restaurant upon 

The golf course is only for paying customers.  Please do not go on or cut across unless you are playing the course.

Full linen service is available for a fee of $25.00(onetime fee) & is paid upon arrival to the resort.  Please email us to arrange for this service rentals@theresort.ca

Supplied:  Dish soap, various cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, kitchenware, barbecue, patio furniture. No linens.  Please bring your own linens.  See under washer/dryer for option to have linen service.

Renter are responsible to leave this cottage in the same condition as was when they arrived.  A fee of $20.00 per hour will be charged for any extra cleaning is required.

Renters are required to bring their own food including staple foods.

Shopping:  There is a General Store within the resort which also provides propane bottle re-fills and DVD rentals.  6 kms away is the town of Spruce View which has a liquor store, grocery store, hardware store, post office, gas station and 2 restaurants.
