Convenient location across from the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as the kids playground. This a bare lot with full hook ups. Located on the 3rd fairway of the golf course.  All rentals  properties will get full access to the facilities.  The golf course is a public course so there will be a  fee to play.

All RV's must be 10 years of age or newer and cannot be a tent trailer.  RV's slightly older may be permitted however you will need to send us a recent exterior photo prior to booking for approval.  You will be turned away at the gate if it is older so please call us if you know your RV is older to see if it is okay.

THIS LOT HAS 50AMP ELECTRIC SO IF YOUR RV IS SET UP FOR 30, YOU MUST BRING A 30 TO 50 AMP CONVERTER. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE, CHECK THE NUMBER OF PRONGS YOUR ELECTRICAL CORD HAS ON YOUR RV.  4 PRONGS IS 50AMP 3 PRONGS IS 30 AMP.  IF YOU ONLY HAVE 3 PRONGS THEN YOU WILL NEED THE CONVERTER.

If you intend on hooking into the sewer, you must have a seal on your flex hose for a 4”sewer line.  This is a mandatory requirement.   You can get them at Canadian Tire and it is called a “Easy slip elbow and 4 in-1 adapter(Product #40-8419-2 –approx $14.99).  I would assume Wal-Mart or any RV place will also have them.

$45 per night(2night min)/290 week(plus 5% Admin fee) Including all utilities. Extra nights are on a per night rate or weekly rate. For 2, 3 and 4 week bookings you will be given a $10.00 per week gift certificates for the General Store upon arrival.

Check in after 3pm and no later than 8pm(If later, please call 403 994-0084 or 403-559-9622 to arrange a late check in. Check out before 2pm.

The golf course is only for paying customers.  Please do not go on or cut across unless you are playing the course.

Electricity:  50 amp.  If your RV has 30amp, you will require a 30 to 50 amp converter.  See info above in blue.

Shopping:  There is a General Store within the resort which also provides propane bottle re-fills and DVD rentals. 6 kms away is the town of Spruce View which has a liquor store, grocery store, hardware store, post office, gas station and 2 restaurants.
