Accommodates:  Max 5 people (No more than 4 Adults )   1 bdrm, (queen mattress in mstr bdrm,  futon in living room & hide-a-bed with a slide for privacy.) THIS IS A FAMILY RESORT. NO GROUPS OF ADULTS UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY PARADISE REALTY.  Perfect location in phase 1 just steps to the beach and General Store.  This 1 bedroom sleeps 5.  There is a futon plus a hide-a-bed with a slide for privacy in the living room. Enjoy a private stamped concrete fire pit area and a covered and railed deck.

$175 per night(2night min)/750 week (plus 5% Admin fee). Extra nights are on a per night rate.

Rent includes: Water, heat, electricity and full access to all ammenities.(The golf course is a public coarse. fees apply).

Bonus: If you rent for 2 or more weeks you will be given a $25.00 per week gift certificates starting on the 2nd week for the General Store or Landing restaurant upon arrival. (example: If you rent 3 weeks you will get a $50.00 gift certificate).

The golf course is only for paying customers.  Please do not go on or cut across unless you are playing the course.

Washer/dryer:   No however – linens  are in the cottage.  The tenant must take the linens INCLUDING ALL SHEETS, TEA TOWELS. TOWELS, FACE AND HAND TOWELS ETC to the community center to wash prior to departure or choose linen service below.

Linen service is available for a fee of $40.00(one time fee) & is paid upon arrival to the resort.  You will not require to bring any linens. At the end of your stay you can leave all bedding, towels, blankets and we will take care of washing and replacing for you.  Please email us to arrange for this service rentals@theresort.ca. This does not include cleaning the cottage after your stay.  It is only regarding linens.

Supplied:  Kitchenware, linens, sheets, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots, pans, dinnerware set, bowls, linens, dish soap, various cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, blankets and pillows.(see under “Washer/dryer” for more info on linens)

Renters are responsible to leave this cottage in the same condition as it was in when they arrived.  A fee of $25.00 per hour will be charged for any extra cleaning that is required.

Renters are required to bring their own food including staple foods.

Shopping:  There is a General Store within the resort which also provides propane bottle re-fills, a variety of food products, and DVD rentals.  6 kms away is the town of Spruce View which has a liquor store, grocery store, hardware store, post office, gas station and 2 restaurants.
