Great location with an oversized west side yard.  Lots of room to park, just a short walk to the outdoor pool, hot tub and one of the playgrounds.  THIS IS A FAMILY RESORT. NO GROUPS OF ADULTS UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY PARADISE REALTY.

 All RV's must be 10 years of age or newer.  No tent trailers or truck campers allowed. RV's slightly older may be permitted however you will need to send a recent exterior photo prior to booking for approval.  You will be turned away at the gate if your RV is more than 10 years of age & approval has not been given.

This lot has 30 amp electric.  If your Rv is 50 amp you will need a 50 to 30 amp converter.  If you are  unsure what you have: check your RV power cord. 4 prongs=50amp, 3 prongs=30 amp.

For sewer hook up you must have a seal on your flex hose for a 4”sewer line.  This is a mandatory requirement.   You can get them at Canadian Tire and it is called a “Easy slip elbow and 4 in-1 adapter(Product #40-8419-2 –approx $14.99).  I would assume Wal-Mart or any RV place will also have them.

$50 per night(2 night min)/325 week (plus 5% Admin fee). Extra nights are on a per night rate.

Rent includes sewer, water, electricity, & access to all amenities.

Bonus: If you rent for 2 or more weeks you will be given a $10.00 per week gift certificates starting on the 2nd week for the General Store or Landing restaurant upon arrival. (example: If you rent 3 weeks you will get a $20.00 gift certificate).

The golf course is only for paying customers.  Please do not go on or cut across unless you are playing the course.
